Basically you delete and reinstall everything. It is a lengthy process and you need to be confortyable with manipulating windows folders. It worked for my wife phone that had an almost unusable library. I run the process deleting and reinstalling everything, not just in the iphone but in the compuer. Same as you, some coivers were not fixed. It worked in my iphone but not in my wife's. ![]()
